Meal Accounts: Students are issued a meal account upon registration.  Money should be deposited into the meal account before students purchase a meal from the cafeteria. If you would prefer to pay online, you can login to www.mymealtime.com and pay with a credit or debit card. Milk, breakfast or lunches are then subtracted from the account as purchased. Parents must give signed permission for a student to eat breakfast.  When the student's lunch meal account reaches -$15.00, the student will receive a cheese sandwich with milk for up to 5 days.  There will be a -$15.00 max charge (breakfast + lunch).  Parents will be notified once the meal account is low and then when the account is negative.  If a charged total of $15.00 negative is met, then the parents will need to supply a school meal from home (breakfast and lunch) until the balance is positive again.

Upon a student’s withdrawal from Tillamook School District #9, it is the parent’s responsibility to provide the district with a forwarding address within 30 days of their student’s withdrawal.  If a positive balance exists and no contact from the parent has been made within 30 days, Tillamook School District #9 has the authority to retain the funds from the student’s account.  All negative balances must be paid at the time of the student’s withdrawal from the school district.

**Students qualifying for free or reduced meals will pay $.40 for milk if they bring a cold lunch from home.**
